At Inhabit, we screen properties through online information, background research, host interviews, and visiting the property whenever feasible (that's our favorite part). Customer feedback is important to us, because nobody knows more than our travelers. Getting a recommendation counts for a lot, and Inhabit is committed to offering the best recommendations.

Inquiries sent through the form on each property page are sent directly to the owner or manager of the property. They will respond directly to you.
Just drop us an email or give us a call. The most important thing to us is that you find an amazing vacation rental. We'll do whatever we can to help you find it, even if it's listed through a competitor.
We encourage hosts to keep their availability up to date, but sometimes there are other pending bookings that aren't reflected online. Keep in mind that this is a very human business, with humans behind every aspect.

In select areas, Inhabit can serve as your exclusive online booking agent, managing inquiries and coordinating reservations from all your marketing channels. We do not offer onsite property management, however. Inquire for more details.
