Enter into the two sitting rooms, one more formal with 25-foot sea coral fireplace, one complete with entertainment center including satellite TV.
Antique dining table seats 12 and overlooks the beach.
Hardwood and tiled flooring, open beam ceilings.
One of a kind custom made hardwood built-in furnishings.
Spacious kitchen with Viking Stainless Steel chef's stove with griddle, grill and double ovens.
Corian counter tops and all modern amenities for the chef.
Split plan with Master overlooking and opening onto pool deck and beach beyond.
Master has custom 4 poster mahogany King bed and ensuite bath.
Guest bedroom with Queen, deck entrance, water views and bath.
Comfortable pull out allows for guests to be added in living room area.
Wrap around covered decks overlooking both Atlantic and views of the sea.
Third guest bedroom has Queen and is on north side of house.
Large tiled freshwater pool is surrounded by both sunning and covered decks with myriad selection of deck furnishings from chaise lounges to Adirondack to teak tables and chairs for alfresco dining.
From swimming pool deck guests can chose elevated beach deck or steps to beach to snorkel and swim.
Private location, but convenient to restaurants and shops.
Internet access.
Central A/C and back up generator.
Suggest golf cart rental.

Orientation and Local Tips:

Just off the island of Great Abaco is the village of Hope Town (pop. 300), located on the island of Elbow Cay. Less than 180 miles east of Florida, and about 100 miles northeast of Nassau, the weather here is similar to South Florida.
Getting to Hope Town is simpler than you think. The easiest way is to fly into Marsh Harbour International Airport (MHH) from South Florida or Nassau, catch a taxi to the ferry dock, and ride a ferry boat (check out www.alburysferry.com for the schedule) from Marsh Harbour to Hope Town.
In true island spirit, the main ways to get around are by boat, bicycle, foot or golf cart (most of the area is car-free), making for a truly relaxed, island experience.
If you're the active type, there is plenty of fishing, swimming, island hopping, day sailing, deep sea fishing, scuba, and snorkeling. A sailing charter can take you to some of the most beautiful beaches and the third largest barrier reef in the Northern Hemisphere.
Of course, you've also got the more low-key options of walking, relaxing on the beach, shopping, or sightseeing in the village.
Your host is a full service management company with a local office; they can help arrange your itinerary to include any activities you desire.
